All appointments are privately billed at the time of consultation.
Fees quoted below are indicative only and subject to change.
If you have a mental health treatment plan prepared by your GP, your sessions will attract a higher Medicare rebate. Please provide a copy of this Mental Health plan at or before your first appointment.
Alternatively, Dr Chapeyama is able to prepare a Mental Health plan for eligible patients.

Fees are NOT covered by Private Health Insurance.
Dr Chapeyama does NOT bill direct to Workcover or TAC - a dated invoice will however be provided on request. With the evolving COVID19 Pandemic, arrangements for screening prior to appointments remains fluid – details of current arrangements will be provided to patients making appointments.
The fee will be automatically billed to your credit / debit card upon completion of the consultation. Your Medicare rebate will be processed automatically as soon as the payment is processed. Allowing Dr Chapeyama to access and store your credit/debit card details (in an encrypted format) confirms your acceptance of these fees and permission for the card to be debited in the manner described.

Medicare Safety Net
The Medicare safety net limits the medical out-of-pocket costs (full fee minus applicable medicare rebate) for your “Medicare family” for the calendar year. Once you / your family have reached the Safety Net, your out-of-pocket costs will reduce to 20% of the out-of-pocket costs for appointments will all health professionals who have access to Medicare rebates for their patients.
